Refund & Return Policy

At Satvedic, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us so we can assist you.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Opened or used incense sticks and dhoop products are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact the Satvedic support team at admin@satvedic.com with your order details and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used incense sticks and dhoop products
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for damaged or incorrect items, subject to verification.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
